PIONIRS at CARNet 2025 – Fort Worth, Texas USA | November 12–14th
Our team will participate as both sponsor and exhibitor at CARNet annual meeting 2025, which brings together international experts to discuss advances in cerebrovascular reactivity (CVR) assessment and neurovascular monitoring.
Discover Our Latest Research:
At PIONIRS, we have focused on using Time-Domain Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (TD-NIRS) to noninvasively measure cerebral oxygenation and microvascular reactivity. TD-NIRS provides absolute hemoglobin concentrations and tissue oxygen saturation (StO₂), offering a unique window into cortical blood oxygenation with high temporal resolution.
Real-Time CVR Monitoring:
We will showcase how TD-NIRS can capture both the magnitude and dynamics of CVR responses during CO₂ challenges in healthy individuals. By measuring photon time-of-flight, TD-NIRS preferentially samples intracerebral layers, reducing scalp interference and enabling more brain-specific data compared to conventional NIRS.
Visit Us at the Conference:
We invite attendees to visit our booth to learn more about how TD-NIRS complements established techniques like transcranial Doppler (TCD) by adding microvascular and tissue oxygenation insights.
Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with our team and discuss the future of noninvasive cerebral monitoring — from research protocols to clinical bedside applications.
Join us for hands-on demos and live sessions featuring our NIRSBOX TD-NIRS oximeter!
We look forward to meeting you!
